"I'd Jump Through Hoops For You"

One day, while at the local swimming hole, Lola Bear bumped -- well, actually SWAM -- into a goldfish named Samantha.

"I need to relocate," Sam lamented. "Fishermen keep trying to catch me for their dinner."

"Oh, no," said Lola Bear, who couldn't imagine that getting caught for someone's dinner could possibly be considered a GOOD thing. "Would you like to come home with me?"

"Would you fry me up in a pan and eat me with french fries and corn muffins?" Sam inquiried.

"Oh, no, I'm a vegetarian. I don't eat any kind of meat at all," Lola replied.

"And perchance do you have an aquarium for me to stay in?" Sam questioned.




"No, but I have a nice kiddie pool that I've outgrown, which is why I've come here to swim. But it's the perfect size for you and you can stay there," Lola told her.

"Oh, let's go!" Samantha cried.

"We can hang out and watch movies and maybe even change the world!" Lola exclaimed.

"If we get lots of sleep and eat a good breakfast, maybe we can!" agreed Sam
